Fe & Alegria School in El Cruce del Arroyo Hondo, Bani, Dominican Republic

Infante Sano opened a small school-based primary health care clinic at the Fe & Alegria School in El Cruce del Arroyo Hondo ("El Cruce"). At this clinic, basic maternal and newborn services are provided to the rural community with a population of about 8,000 inhabitants.

In addition to the clinic, Infante Sano is working with the local health committee and health promoters to increase their access to health information and services.
