Community Component

Infante Sano partners with an existing community-based health clinic affiliated with our hospital site to improve the prenatal and preventative health care provided to mothers and infants. We focus on helping the facility to implement effective evidence-based guidelines for optimal prenatal and infant care. We target services to higher risk women and infants, and use community health workers for outreach and screening in the community.
